Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure secure tracking of your jewelry.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original Grayling packaging or a padded mailer to protect the delicate finishes during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
